  • Weekdays: In-stock orders released before 5pm (UK time) will ship the same day for next day delivery.
  • Weekends: In-stock orders released after 5pm (UK Time) on Friday will ship Monday morning for next day delivery.
DHL

Deliveries to UK destinations

  • Orders made through the Hardware.com website, shipping to UK destinations, with a value of £300 or more, will ship on an overnight DHL Express service for FREE. Except for cabinets and racking which have a separate delivery structure. Please call your account director on +44 (0)1285 771 600
  • Timed deliveries of pre-09.00 and pre-12.00 and Saturday deliveries are available to most UK Postal Codes – you can check the available options using your Post Code at the Address stage of purchasing.

Deliveries to EU countries (ex-UK)

  • Orders made through the Hardware.com website, shipping to non-UK EU destinations, with a value of €500 or more, will ship on an overnight DHL Express service for FREE. The delivery standard charge for orders of less than €500 is €25.00. Except for cabinets and racking which have a separate delivery structure. Please call your account director on +44 (0)1285 771 600.

Tracking

  • It is possible to track your package within your Account Management using DHL's real-time Express Tracking.

Emergencies/Same Day Deliveries

Same day road service available for urgent and emergency requirements
  • Please call and arrange same day deliveries with your Account Manager.
  • The average cost across all Mainland UK destinations is £120
  • Best endeavours will be made if order is confirmed prior to 11:00 am

Heavyweight

There are various methods of shipping for heavyweight consignments. Please call and arrange with your Account Manager. We can offer:
  • DHL Road Freight - this is for European countries and has no minimum weight.
  • Expeditors - used for specialist shipments to all corners of the world.

Hardware.com is ISO9001:2000 and BS7799 Part 1 & 2 accredited, use the latest state-of-the-art logistics systems and personally dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Cirencester.
However, worldwide delivery times are dependant on destination and Customs clearance. Hardware.com will make best endeavours to ensure your order arrives on time but cannot be held responsible for exceptional circumstances.
